Anyone of the conditions below must be met for an incident to be considered a missed pick-up by UPS.
UPS Air or Ground driver does not pick up at all
UPS driver leaves packages behind
UPS driver arrives 30 minutes after scheduled pick-up time
UPS driver departs 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time
No delivery by UPS should be treated the same as a missed pick up.
When a missed pick-up occurs, the following steps should be taken:
1. Attempt to contact the local hub directly to resolve the issue.

What’s their title?
What’s the outcome?
2. Report the missed pick-up to The UPS Store Preferred Group. Call 1.800.877.1760 and/or send an email to TUPSS@ups.com

Subject: Reporting a Missed Pick Up
This email is to report The UPS Store #### with UPS account ###### has had a Missed Pick Up Issue which occurred on DATE.
(Delete ALL but the incident you want to report.)
The UPS air or ground driver has not come by the store at all.
The driver left packages behind.
The driver arrives 30 minutes or more after our scheduled pickup time.
The driver departs 30 minutes or more prior to the scheduled pick up time.
No delivery by UPS should be treated the same as a missed pick up
I have been unable to resolve this pickup concern with my local UPS contacts. Please help resolve this matter and reply with the case number for the missed pickup report.
