Verizon Sourcing, LLC has expanded its CRS returns program, making it available to all customers! We expect Verizon to direct its customers to The UPS Store® locations across our entire network to return cable and internet equipment.

Please review the Verizon Returns program workflow by searching for ‘Verizon’ on the CAMS homepage. Also, review the Verizon training materials on the Hub.
If one of your AT&T customers comes back looking for their tracking number, please get their name, AT&T account number, and date of shipment (or close to it) and send an email to crs@upsstore.com. They should be able to help locate the package.
